A basic family photography session for up to five people costs £150.
This price includes your choice from one of the following packages;
Print package
Choose from one of the following three options;

a.One 11”x 14” print, or
-
b.Two 10”x 8” prints, or
-
c.Four 5”x 7” prints.
All images can be printed as colour or black and white. Examples of each will be included in the on-line proof gallery of your session.
Digital package
This includes three high resolution digital images, re-touched as necessary, and suitable for printing to A3 and larger. How you then use the images is your choice, a digital image can be used as many times as you like in any way you like as long as it is for non-commercial purposes.
Further hi-res images from the session can be purchased at £30 per image.
Additional print prices
Further prints from any of the shots in the sessions can be purchased,
here is a guide to prices for the most common sizes;

10”x 8”, 5”x 7” and 6”x 4” prints come in presentation card mounts (right) .
Should you require your pictures in sizes or formats other than those listed above,
no problem, just let me know the dimensions when you place your print order.
Other stuff
Photo books are another great way to display pictures from a session.
Professionally printed coffee table albums are available and prices start at £170.
CD of up to 30 low resolution images suitable for use in emails and on the web
for Facebook etc is available for £30. (These images are not suitable for printing).
Mix & match
You are free of course to mix and match all the above and buy digital options with a print package, and prints with a digital package, you choose what suits your requirements.
New - Gift Vouchers
Stuck for a gift idea? This could be the answer, you can purchase a gift voucher for all or some of the cost of a photo session. A great idea for family and friends, slip a gift voucher into their card for a new birth, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, birthday or any other special occasion.

Postage
Post and package is charged in addition to the cost of the session, exact price depends on the size and quantity of prints ordered and will be quoted in the final balance. A minimum charge of £2 applies.
VAT
All prices include VAT at standard rate, a full invoice is included with final delivery.
Booking & payment
Written confirmation by email or otherwise is required to make a booking.
To secure a booking a deposit of £50 is payable by cheque in advance, this is then subtracted from the total cost of the order on completion. The balance of the order is requested prior to the order being despatched. A full VAT invoice will be supplied.
Gift vouchers must be fully paid for in advance to the total of their value.
Terms & conditions
The deposit is refundable if the photographer fails to attend the session or the client is not happy with the quality of the images (not the content).
The deposit is not refundable if the client fails to attend a session without sufficient notice, or especially in the case of children, if the subject(s) fail to ‘perform’ on the day. Every effort will be made however to re-schedule a session to avoid a non refund, at discretion of Doting Dad.
Gift vouchers are fully refundable for a period of 60 days from the date of ordering, to account for being unwanted by the recipient. After this period any refund is at the discretion of Doting Dad. There is no expiry date on a voucher, but for periods over 6 months from purchase the value relative to the time of purchase may have decreased.
It is understood the client allows Doting Dad/Daniel Halpin Photography to use or display any images taken in his portfolios, literature, exhibitions, website, competitions and advertising.
No use of the images will be made by the photographer for other commercial reason except with the specific written permission of the client.
Copyright of all images remains the property of the photographer. Any images or copies of images whether stored digitally or otherwise and any computer program including any source or object code, computer files or printed documentation relating to such images are protected by the Copyright and Design Act 1988. It is contrary to the Act to copy or allow to be copied photographically/electronically or by any other means an image created by Doting Dad/Daniel Halpin Photography without prior permission in writing.
